those are some of the things, education, the economy. now that we are through the downturn, and dealt with the cuts, we want to make sure that is we improve the economy that we put ourselves in a better position to deal with these issues in the future so that people who depend on the safety net don't lose it. what i saw is, there were a lot of people suffering out there, and lost that safety net. not everybody but enough people. we don't want that to happen again, at least i don't. people ask me, how you feel? i don't express myself, or show too much emotion. but i am excited! and thank you for all the voters that voted for me allowing me to come here and to be able to serve them and serve the rest of the city. i'm grateful for the opportunity. i want to show that us lions will make a big difference in san francisco. thank you very much. really what we're looking at here is educating folks and asking if they want participate. if they want to participate what are we going to do? we will tell them "great, you will receive opt out notifications and you don't need to take any action". if we're talk to a household that really is not interested. i'm having a hard enough time paying my bills. i really can't afford to make this choice, or i am just not interested. then we will be making sure that customer is aware of the opt out notifications they will receive. to the extent that we don't hear from them in reply of the opt out and we will go back and say "hey whrks we talked to you before you said you weren't interested and you haven't sent the opt out in. did it get lost on the kitchen counter?" just to make sure that folks that told us they're not interested follow through and how to say no thank you through the opt out card and again we don't want accidental customers. it's not in our interest as their neighbors or from a business perspective either. there will be other residential customers who will be likely
